Incited Rabble Activation gems bugged on Return to Hand

Had Town Gossipmonger Transformed into Incited Rabble, generating activation gems. IR was bounced back to hand but the activation gems remained on the field. Selecting the gems showed a phantom card outline in the top centre of the gem field, not the card area.
