There's a few things going on with this. Will take some time to compile video of it all happening.

1) With Archangel Avacyn, and at least a second creature you control, Tragic Arrogance will trigger AaA to transform, but when she deals damage to the remaining enemy (selected by TA to survive), the enemy takes 0 damage. In addition to this, AaA stays in her transformed state and has permanent prevent damage now.

2) AaA cast while opponent has Undergrowth Champion and 1-2 other creatures. If you select TA to destroy UC, UC only gets -1/-1 instead of being destroyed.

3) If is TA cast while Runaway Carriage is on the board (either player), the RC will not get destroyed. Not sure if this is intended, but I'm assuming since TA isn't selecting RC, but rather destroying everything but its chosen targets, it should take out RC.

    Bump.

Apparently using Tragic Arrogance on Avacyn's first turn out while playing Tragic Arrogance that turn will net a player with permanent prevent damage to all their creatures.

    Wait, what? That is gamebreaking.

Keep in mind the creatures have to survive the TA. So it's limited to creatures that have prevent damage in the first place to not be "destroyed" by TA. coughrunaway carriagecough.
